Shipping Policy

Hello Beautiful Guys & Girlies! I ship worldwide!

After your order is placed there’s a processing time of 1-3 days. I know how it is when you place an order and you want your package in the next 10 minutes, I do, which is why I will do my best to process your order as quickly as possible within that time frame. Please keep in mind I am a mother, which is why the time ranges from 1-3 days. Once your order ships you’ll be sent a confirmation email with productive detail and your detailed tracking information. Another way to track your order and shipping is to log into your account. Please note that I don’t foresee any delays after your package has shipped but we’re all human and things do happen. In the event that your order is delayed I’d be more than happy to locate your package for you!

All shipping rates are a Flat Rate and you can choose between which works for you and how quickly you’d like to receive your items!

PLEASE NOTE: I WILL BE OFFERING UNTRACKED SHIPPING AS AN OPTION. BUT PLEASE USE CAUTION BECAUSE I, NOR USPS, WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE IF YOU CHOOSE SHIPPING WITHOUT TRACKING.

 

These shipping rates vary on a couple different facts like the time it takes to get to you, if you prefer quicker like the flash or slower like the hair, as well Domestic vs International shipments. Please note, Thee Baddest Waifu is not responsible for any additional fees that may be required by customs for any reason. Please look up if where you reside requires any additional fees!

All shipping fees required will be transparently shown with the estimated transit time upon checkout.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

To track your order, please refer to the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email and/or by logging into your account if you’ve created one.

 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure to double check your address before completing the order at checkout by making sure the apt, unit, or suite numbers are included and entered correctly. If an address was entered in error, please email info@theebaddestwaifu.com with the order number and Cancellation Request as soon as possible, seeing as your order may be processed and shipped the same day. Once the Cancellation Request is received, I will cancel the order, which will allow customers to reorder and input the correct information. Please remember, I cannot cancel orders once they have shipped.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen even with delivery confirmation, please contact me as soon as possible at info@theebaddestwaifu.com!

I will go through the necessary channels when filing a claim with the shipping company and the driver assigned to the route will run a thorough investigation to make sure the package wasn’t delivered to the wrong address, as we all know does happen from time to time.

If you choose to file a claim through Paypal, your tracking number will automatically be attached to the claim, which will state where the package was delivered. 

The only time that a store credit will be issued is when the tracking and investigation confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT (minus the shipping cost) and not for ANY packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/office, etc. 

If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient/incorrect address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus the shipping costs) once it is confirmed that Thee Baddest Waifu has received the product.

CANCELLED ORDER

Untracked Stationery Shipping is a shipping option provided to those who are ONLY purchasing stationery products such as stickers, bookmarks, and art prints. Purchasing a product other than stationery products, such as apparel, accessories, bikinis, etc, and selecting Untracked Stationery Shipping as your shipping method, WILL result in your order being CANCELLED. We are a small business and a small business with ethics, choosing to do this while other paying customers choose the correct shipping method, spending their hard earned money, is unacceptable. Thank you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect that was NOT stated in the description OR for DIGITAL PRODUCTS. B Grade products are merchandise that’s been made w/minor defects but I deem still profitable at an extremely discounted price. These items are not refundable. DIGITAL PRODUCTS are non refundable due to the product being digital and not physical. If you have an issue retrieving your file once purchased, please email me at info@theebaddestwaifu.com and I’ll be more than happy to help! 

All claims for a refund must be made within 7 business days of delivery. Any claims made outside of this timeframe will NOT be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact info@theebaddestwaifu.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue and I’ll look into finding a solution to the issue!

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS THAT ARE UP FOR RESELL, WHICH WILL HAVE A RESELL RIBBON, WILL NOT BE RETURN/REFUNDABLE.
